You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jillino.1 immediately.
jillino.1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and select Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. jillino.1 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own fees.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱1,000. jillino.1 does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose its own fees. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

Additional verification may be requested at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect against fraud. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Withdrawals are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you must wager your deposit amount at least once before withdrawal is permitted; (b) bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms; (c) jillino.1 reserves the right to request additional verification or to delay withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) withdrawals may be declined if your account is under investigation for terms violations.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible jillino.1 users as specified in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. jillino.1 reserves the right to exclude users from bonuses at its sole discretion.

Each bonus and promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a bonus or promotion, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Each game available on jillino.1 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the game interface and these Terms & Conditions, the game rules shall prevail.

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your designated payment method, subject to verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.
If you wish to take a break from gambling, jillino.1 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.
